On assumption that the flow of current is from P node to Q node

When the transformer is connected between nodes P and Q, the given value is referred to Q node. This is more convenient in case of distribution transformers.

If there is no neutral path the value of the current will be zero.

Fore delta-star transformers, the neutral current in the star side is reflected as circulating currents in delta windings.
